What are additional costs, and how are they handled?
Tasks requiring direct payments, such as grocery purchases, transportation fares, or third-party services, are billed separately from task hours. We provide full transparency with receipts and obtain your approval before incurring any additional costs.
How do you ensure privacy for sensitive tasks?
We follow strict privacy standards, including HIPAA compliance for medical-related tasks. Our team is trained to handle sensitive information with discretion and security.
